Another major real estate development project of the group is the financing of projects in Costa Blanca, sea side area of Alicante region in Spain, facilitating the construction of 27 villas in Benidorm with completion expected in the end of 2025. Another two projects in Altea, also being financed by the group, are at the stage of architectural planning.

Through its main financing arm, Elbridge Investments (Cyprus) Limited, the company also maintains investments in securities and private equity directly and indirectly through brokers and high-calibre international financial institutions for the purposes of asset and risk diversification and maximization of returns.

Elbridge Investments (Cyprus) Limited has, among others, completed the construction and completely sold all of the apartments in one of its residential buildings owned in Makedonitissa. The construction of its second residential building in one of the most privileged areas in Nicosia, Engomi, consisting of five-storey 3-bedroom whole floor luxurious and comfortable apartments, is also finished and has recently completely sold out.
